WELCOME TO THE ‘MAMA DON’T’ PROJECT 

My name is Linda Simpson. I have been a pro musician for many years, now it's time to put something back so I started this project. The aim is to raise the profile of acoustic music, musicians and venues.

It all hinges on venues in public places where local artists can play to gain experience and exposure.

Linda was born in the North of England before mobile phones and web sites had even been thought of. Quite a bit further down the musical road, Linda has been singing and playing for 40 years. For 25 of those years she worked with Magna Carta; an association that saw her play in many countries around the world. She has lived, loved and written songs about her experiences.
